[Dad Bundle September 2025] Oddie Rex

I'll start by saying the Derek and Nico reward should be ready today or tomorrow! I had a little case of the blues and was struggling to add the finishing touches, but the base work is all done.

Now about Oddie! He originally started as an accessory character. His original role was to flesh out Richter and Guy, but he's become a person of his own in my eyes, now he's Cassandra's (Richter's daughter) gay little boyfriend too! He was always meant to be just the son-in-law for the lecherous Richter to corrupt, but now there's so much more to it.

Oddie's surface is plain, boring, uninteresting and in a way he is those things, but he's someone whose wilder side is brought out by others. Especially Richter.

His backstory is tangled with his dad's in how they dealt with the passing of his mom, Kitty. Guy allowed grief and depression to consume him, leaving Oddie to fend for himself, throwing money at him instead of parental guidance and affection. He's very resentful of Guy because of it. Oddie's only refuge were his friends he met at summer camp (He's childhood friends with Buddy, Leo and Gil).

Is Oddie aware he has daddy issues? More or less, he's aware that he likes when older men are nice and supportive. And he's definitely had his share of hook ups with daddy types before he got together with Cass. He's 100% commited to and loves her, but there's a part of him that still yearns for that affection, lucky for him, Richter is her dad. 😜

I think Oddie stands out by being surrounded by wackier characters, he's not meant to be a straight man, but definitely a foil to someone like Richter and his antics. He's absolutely powerless against Richter's magnetic pull on him and will participate in any shenanigan he's roped into.

In the bed, he's a top by default since he's got that big ole' piece, but Cass definitely straps him down too! And he's given it up plenty to previous daddies he's hooked up with. Eventually there will be more revealed about him, but that will be with the comic (It's not abandoned, it's just really hard to find time to work on all the things I want to 😥)

I have a few thumbnails prepared for it and my script is finished, a lot has changed since I started and failed to continue, but the overall plot remains the same. I wish to be better about the consistency of my comic projects.

There's some Vito and Nico included, I do think I made Vito too buff, we'll see how I go about that lol!!
