One thing I've always noticed about Western cartoons is how simplified the line work tends to be. So I wanted to challenge myself: could I add more detail and depth to a character like Heather without losing what makes the original design recognizable?
I'm also currently working through a similar challenge with One Piece. Oda's art style is just as distinctive and tricky to adapt. Expect something on that later today!
