It’s exam season for Sammy, and she needs a place free from any distraction and to only focus on her studies. However, being almost broke, she is in a bit of a predicament... Asking her mother for some help, who then gets in contact with an old friend of hers who is a landlady that rents out rooms to those in need, and as a dear friend of the mother, she was able to rent out the room to Sammy for a very decent and reasonable price for the duration of her studies...
