WIP Birdsplosion

Got the logic all sorted out finally, so here's the whole package for the birds on Brine. Going to have them on a longer timer than shown in the video, this was just for testing purposes!Hoping the next release I'll have all of these in place, and the map will be considered feature complete, to me!
