Enable the LooseFileLoader and PAK Loading options in REFramework.
Installation Instructions:
Place the downloaded file/mod RAR archive in the folder: \Fluffy Manager\Games\RE9\Mods;
Launch Fluffy Manager, select RE9, and activate the mod using the OFF/ON slider;
Close Fluffy Manager. Launch the game.
