DESCRIPTION
Replaces the Film Noir costume and adds a patch for FBI.
Installation instructions:
Download the files;
Install Fluffy Manager 5000;
Place the rar archive in the \Fluffy Manager\Games\RE9\Mods folder.
Launch Fluffy Mod Manager.
Don't forget to enable the LooseFileLoader option in the Re Framework!!!;
If it doesn't work, you may also need to enable the Pak Loading option in the Re Framework.
Launch the game.
