Life update corner: I've been trying to be more present lately. Less doomscrolling, more actually living. It's HARD though, right? Our phones are basically little dopamine machines, but I've been reading more before bed and my sleep is slowly getting better ❤️🩹
Question for you all: What's one small, new thing are you planning to do this week? It could be anything, or if you don’t have an idea, maybe something you want to do this year?
Right, my tea's gone cold and the neighbour's cat is judging me through the fence so I should probably go inside 🤭
