We're almost halfway through the year. HALFWAY. How is that even possible? I swear New Year's was last week. Time is a strange thing, isn't it? 🫠
I'm writing this from my favourite spot on the sofa, window open, listening to the rain. Yes, rain in late June— very British 😂 But I love it. There's something about rain that makes the world feel quiet and safe, like permission to just... stop. And I've been trying to do more of that lately. Hopefully it sticks haha!
I've also been thinking a lot about the comments you leave— how open and vulnerable you are with me. It's not lost on me. You share your struggles, your wins, your silly little moments, and your big feelings. That takes courage. Thank you for trusting me with your hearts! I try to respond to as many as I can, and even when I can't get to all of them, please know I read them. Every single one. They keep me going on the hard days 🥹
