DESCRIPTION
Tatsumaki was placed in charge of testing any member of the hero organization. Her goal was to scout out any skilled individuals, and crush anyone who held a rank they were too weak for. I suspect there will be many new applicants, under Tatsumaki's [heels] supervision!
P.S. I wanted to put out a one off in between the Naruto thing. This is just a brief piece in the meantime!
