Free Poll: Does the way I write my versions confuse people (make people think it has less content) due to the smaller looking number? Which versioning system is more appealing?

I used to write my versions like v0.2.5 or whatever, I have now been using v0.109 type of versioning for a while now. Over time, I have noticed less people pay attention to the game even though imo, I have not changed what I am doing in a way that makes the game worse. In fact there is a lot of content now and even more constantly being added.

I would like to know, as a consumer, does a game with a version like v0.5.1 instead of v0.109 seem like a bigger and more finished/polished game that you would be willing to play more if you see it on the homepage of a website. Sometimes I get comments confused with the new versioning system, so I was wondering if I did the wrong thing by changing the system. Or maybe it's just the game not being considered good by people :P
