Nevertheless, we seem to have successfully renewed all subscriptions of all users whose successful payment we saw in these extremely confusing reports. If one of you does not see the new content now, but you are sure that the payment was made successfully, write us a private message, this will allow us to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
if you make a payment manually or it occurs after the date and time of publication of this message, write to us about it. Otherwise, we may notice it only after many many days. I hope the Patreon programmers will fix this confusion in the near future, but for now - we just can't filter everything correctly, do the sorting and check more carefully. Checking 250 users without these functions is a hell of a job for 2 hours. Therefore, we do not have the opportunity to do this often, your messages (in case of problems with subscription renewal) will allow us to fix everything quickly.
