We're happy to announce that we're hosting another “sale”, to allow people to move up the distribution queue and closer to the newest content each month, past the point where usually we have a one-per-month limit! AND we're moving our “time wall” goalposts forward too! Check out below for if this deal applies to you!
If you go to our private server and look on the left-hand side. Under the name of the project you will see a date for your subscription (this is the date the content you are owed this month was originally created) such as 09.2019 etc. And, by the name of the update feed (1000, 1920 or 4K), you'll also see which of the three common access levels you are on!
We are VERY happy to announce that we are moving the goalposts for our Catch Up payments!
From now on, new, and current, supporters will be able to by ALL comic content before 2019 (450+ pages!) in TWO or more easy payments!
Due to a security risk with payment processing, we are offering all new (and current) members the ability to purchase all content, until the end of 2017, in their first month, which is 270+ comic pages and costs: $54 at 1000 pixels, $81 at 1920 pixels and $126 at 3840 pixels
If this payment successfully processes then the next month we will now be allowing members to purchase the next 12 months, up to December 2018's content, as an additional lump payment (or you could split this into smaller purchase lumps!). If you are already an active, paying member for AT LEAST the last month and are in 2018's releases, this ALSO applies to you.
For quick math, this additional payment for all of 2018's content (12x monthly releases) for non-early birds is: $72 at 1000 pixels, $108 at 1920 pixels, $168 at 3840 pixels.
After 12.2018's content, all additional content will be available year-round only in one-release-per-month purchases (the “time wall” starts at 1.2019's comic release). Though, stay tuned for the sale message below!
Again, if you are already a patron and midway through your 2018 release purchases, you can buy the remainder of that year's content now at ANY TIME! So long as you have been actively supporting in the last month! Just multiply your monthly pledge by the number of additional months you want to buy and add it as an additional custom pledge with a note to our team!
As for our current limited time sale available until the end of the month (3rd June 2020)!
If you are an active member, who has successfully renewed your subscription for the last FOUR months without interruptions, then an additional opportunity is available for you until the end of this month.
Below are a few options, choose your own, ignore the rest:
- If the date of your subscription is already at 06.2019 (remember you can check on your account which rewards you are currently receiving this month!): unfortunately there is no Catch Up sale for you this time – there will be another sale later in the year for people this far along!
- If the date of your subscription is 12.2018-05.2019: you can now buy additional months up to 06.2019 (so if you're at 05.2019, you can buy one more, if you're at 12.2018, you can buy 6 more months). All at your USUAL cost. (essentially, if you are already beyond the new time wall, but before 06.2019, you can purchase up to that point!)
- If the date of your subscription has not reached 12.2018, then you've maybe joined us recently or haven't already paid to catch up on content. As stated above, for those who are looking to advance their pledges, if you are an active member who has already had confirmed payments last month, you can increase your pledge to buy up to 12.2018 at ANY time! 12.2018 is the new date before the “time wall”.
This event is available until the end of the month. But don't worry if you miss this opportunity because of the difficult financial situation some of us are in with the global crisis... In the autumn months there will be another similar event and everyone who has not reached the spring 2020 releases by that time will be able to advance 1-5 months!
A reminder of prices!
Each additional month of content you purchase has the same cost as your normal monthly pricing so the easiest way to work things out is to multiply your current prices! VIPs would only need to pay the regular 4k prices. The special sale event is so that you can buy further ahead than the “time wall” currently preventing purchases.
Sponsors who first joined up before 08.2018 use the reduced price “early bird bonus” and for them 1000, 1920 or 4k access level costs $3, $5 and $10 respectively.
For the rest, each month the content costs $6, $9 or $14 for the same page sizes.
Each month of renewal is equal to around 25 panels of the comic strip, which has been our monthly rate in the last 2 years. However, before 2018 we did less (usually 12-16 panels). Therefore, until 11.2017, your purchases for “1 month” are actually two months of CONTENT at once in 2017 (the quantity in these months is slightly different, but the sum of two months in one purchase is almost always 25+ panels – so don't be surprised if you're a new member and your monthly content jumps up two months at a time!). Bare that in mind if you are one of the supporters pre 12.2017 and hoping to purchase more months up until 12.2018.
If all these calculations are too complicated or confusing, you can write us with how much you are willing to spend and we can tell you the number of panels/months that you will get in the end. We will also check your subscription end dates and carry out all these calculations quickly!

Ps. A note to our most up-to-date members in the last two months. We apologize that there has been a delay and mass posting of pages rather than the usual releases through the month!
Since the holiday period last year our team has had a few unfortunate setbacks, from illness and absence to technical difficulties. We've been pushing ourselves to the limit to make up the pages owed, and want to assure everyone that our database allows us to send updates and rewards owed to all membership accounts that are owed the pages, regardless of if they come slightly later than expected.
In the last two weeks we had a major hardware failure in a key member and while it was not a difficult fix if electronic stores were open to buy the replacement part, unfortunately with the quarantine we were forced to wait on mail order delivery, which has been incredibly slow for us :(
While everyone was able to do their jobs before this stage, it has meant we're having to work overtime without a break to get ahead of releases. This is going well and we hope to be back on track very soon now that pages can move all the way through the pipeline with ease!
For those with a backlog of a few months you will likely not notice this change at all, but for our audience members at the “front of the train” so to speak, we're sorry for the bumpy upload schedule that is a little more patchy than normal for the project – it should be smoothing out again soon.
It IS an option to withhold a month of your support to drop back a month in releases, and then you'll see updates a lot more regularly going forward... but we will remind that the time wall restrictions don't allow the most up-to-date members to move forward again later...
