Good news! I have managed to repair the damaged archive that was caused by the shutdown of my MEGA account 4 days ago.
714 scenes have been uploaded to the new archive that I'm currently using (I'm using Proton now). Scenes before the date February 2022 have been lost forever since they aren't on my computer anymore..
I'm very happy that I found a different solution to this problem, and that I also have more storage now to upload every scene, without getting screwed over by ToS :D.
