ooooo woahhhh!!

i had a boba craving today and decided to “treat myself” even though i had already spent $9 on a sad sandwich earlier. it was one of those days where i just needed a little joy in a plastic cup. (i failed my EXAMMMM) but of course, nothing can ever go smoothly because apparently i forget how to be a person the second someone friendly talks to me. the cashier asked for my name and my brain fully rebooted. i panicked and said THANK YOU.

anyways i sat outside like a little weirdo with my drink and just… stared into space for a while. it was good though.. i think the drink healed a little bit of my soul. i needed it. the semester’s been slowly eating me alive and boba is one of the last things tethering me to joy.

i’m gonna try and finish my assignments tonight but realistically i will probably open my laptop, sigh dramatically, and fall asleep with twilight playing the background!! my roommate just told me they added all the movies on netflix for people in the u.s!!
