Hey everyone,
I want to be upfront about what’s been going on. I’ve had a long hiatus from development due to struggles with time management and productivity. I know I promised monthly updates and demos, and I didn’t live up to that. I want to clarify that my absence wasn’t due to health issues—I’m perfectly healthy. It’s more about how I let productivity issues spiraling down into avoiding the project altogether, which I regret.
During this time, I was scared to be online and face any feedback or messages about the game. I kept thinking about what people might say, and that fear made it even harder to work on the game. It’s my first project, and the attention and expectations have been intimidating.
I’ve been thinking a lot about why I want to do this, and despite the challenges, I’m excited to get back to it because it’s something I genuinely want to complete. I’ve learned that facing criticism and feedback is part of the process, and avoiding them only makes things worse.
I understand that some of you might feel deeply disappointed. I’m truly sorry for breaking my promises and not keeping you updated as I said I would. I’m not asking for forgiveness, but I am committed to showing you that I’m back on track. I can only earn your trust back through consistent progress and updates. I’m starting to get back into a productivity , and I’ll share what I have soon. I’ll keep you informed and make sure to communicate if any issues arise, instead of disappearing again.
Also, I used GPT to help me with this message because I’m not always confident in my English. I apologize if it’s not perfectly clear.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
