(Part of the delay is me reading through hundreds of pages on a certain football club's fan forums, learning about a certain manager who is DEFINITELY NOT the inspiration for a character in the chapter.)
(Also my wife said I have to rewrite one section because 'Max would never waste a slice of bread like that'. Which is shocking to me. Of course he would! That scene is staying! Narrator: He removed the scene in the morning when he was less tired.)
