Technically, it’s not fully 3D. At first, I made a rough sketch in blender and started shaping and detailing it until I was happy with the result, but constantly adjusting proportions and positions got a bit too tiring… and that’s when I got an idea 💡As you probably know, to make a proper model you usually need a 2D reference that’s recreated in 3D. But since I didn’t have a full-body neutral pose image, I just took a screenshot of the model and started editing it in clip studio as a 2D image, moving parts around and fixing proportions the way I wanted, without wasting time fighting that third axis 😅And no, it doesn’t mean the actual 3D model will be worse (˶˃⤙˂˶)It’s still just a sketch for now, and the finished 3D version will look much better, but you can already get a feel for the shape of the hips, chest, and overall body proportions 👀
