A very luxurious apartment high up in one of the tallest buildings in the city. Only the elite would be able to afford such a place, likely someone with a good job in one of the corporations, or someone who earns their money by other means, as long as it's a lot.
The space only has one bedroom, but that doesn't mean the person who rents this place doesn't have guests... or perhaps it can be a place for a couple to live together also.

The was mainly inspired by looking at websites of luxurious furniture brands, and the showroom pictures they have, as well as one of the apartments from Cyberpunk 2077.
The place can be used to visit someone who is very obviously rich, perhaps on a mission or just visiting a friend. Or maybe one of your players will be able to cough up the dough to afford the rent?
