A tunnel system deep below the city on the surface above. It used to be a maintenance access towards the sewers, but has been out of use for years and mostly forgotten about by the general public.
However, people on the streets know that there's a small community living down there, you were trying to track down a guy for weeks, and after talking to all your contacts, you finally get a lead that the man you are looking for might be down here.

A close quarters combat map! You will have to track down your target because you'd like to talk to him, but he may not be to keen on having the conversation, so perhaps you'd have to get rid of his henchmen first! Make sure you don't accidentally shoot him, too.
Variants include a version that's a bit more fancy sci-fi, while still being a dirty underground tunnel, and a cool floor plan that one of your party members managed to hack from an old government database. This way you can scout out the place before you go in, and create a plan of entry.
