The first image was a request and since I had my page open and am always in need of this kind of content at the end of the month I quickly edited it. The second image is arguably not NSFW. There's nothing inherently NSFW about pregnancy, and yet I know the members of the audience who desire it do fetishize it. So It's in with the NSFW even though it's not nakey. I think it's a safe bet that Nina would remain active in spite of being filled with baby. She is not someone who would allow that to keep her from doing whatever she liked. Plus the baby may as well get used to being part of an active family now.
