Etna learns the hard way that taking miracle pills sold by shady dark alley merchants is a terrible, terrible idea. Even by Demon standards.
Made this as a self-indulgent thing to try and get back into the swing of things, especially since I've surprisingly never done Etna since my Kphoria days.
