Query has a problem called medical debt. The issue hits a little close to home as her bill for her time in the hospital finally arrives in the mail. Money is already tight for her in this realm, and there's no way she or her parents can afford this bill. That means she needs to find a job, and luckily for her, the interviews for apprentice at the library are coming up. It's the largest library of monster literature and research in North and South America, so it's competitive. It's a long shot, but it may be Query's only shot if she wants to stay at Dalton.
