AICom Build 117 + AICore 1.17

First I'd like to apologize for the long time it has taken for this release. I have had severe back issues and it's been difficult to work and focus. But there was also a lot of heavy refactoring to build up a code base that is highly scalable.

This is a big release. A lot has been fixed and altered.

Diarization: The system was altered to support diarization for chat. Now AI's can pick apart a crowd of people into individual responses.

Vector DB was heavily modified to support models provided by 3rd party services, and optimizations were made to tightly couple the database to the Engine.

Heavy Refactoring of Systems and services, introducing adapters that can be created to different services for the various AI systems.

Fixed eleven labs

More support for Open AI and Open AI compatible API's

Cloudflare added as a possible backend service.

Linux Build! (And fixes to running AICom under wine/proton)

All kinds of Optimizations, bug fixes, and stability fixes to AICore and the Audio Engine.
