As for the general rules:
- Ballot Rules -
A. Ballot Placement
Cast a Ballot for any character, and format your ballot like this:
"Character - Series ( Genre Category)"
Example:
Nami - One Piece (Anime/Manga)
To update a character already made, add "UPDATE: " to the beginning.
Duplicates, and incorrect formatting will be deleted.
All ballot entries must abide by the rules stated in the FAQ
Changing your tier before ballots end may disquality your entry.
B. Ballot Power
Depending on your tier, you can vote multiple times
S-Tier / A-Tier / B-Tier = 3 Ballots
C Tier = 1 Ballot
C. Ballot Rounds
All tiers can participate in the first round. The #1 winner of the first round will be the confirmed winner.
The second round will be held by tiers C and up. This round will decide the last 3 winners among the final 16.
