It's that time again!
RULES: Round 1 - Ballots ( C-Tier and up)
A. Cast a Ballot for a character that fits under: ・Video Games ・ All games ・Anime/Manga - Eastern Animation/Manga/Manhwa/Donghua・Toon - Western Animation/ Comics ・Other - Any other viral characters that do not fit under the previous categories.
B. Format your ballot like this:
[Character Name] - [Series] (Category)Example: Nami - One Piece (Anime/Manga)
In the case that you want an update to an already existing character, format your ballot like this: UPDATE: Nami - One Piece (Anime/Manga)
C. You can cast multiple votes depending on your tier.C = 1 ballotB = 3 ballotsA = 4 ballotsS = 6 ballotsGod = 10 ballots (One time use for those who have commissioned)
D. Duplicates and posts that aren't formatted correctly will be DELETED.E. All ballot entries must go in accordance with the general rules stated on the project library.F. Changing your tier before round 2 may cause your ballots to be destroyed
Round 2 - Patron Poll ( All Patrons)
All Patrons will get to vote. The poll will last a couple days. #1 of this poll will be fixed as the number one spot in the final results.
Round 3 - Top Tier Poll ( B-Tier and up)
The rest of the final 16 will be voted on by the upper tiers.
WILD CARDS 3 entrants from round 2 will be chosen at RANDOM to get special packs made for them.
