So, obviously, Nathan’s bar won. Well, in my opinion, it’s not the worst choice. At this stage of the game, we already needed alternative work. The character and the location overall look promising.
A couple of points. I won’t go too deep — some people tend to see detailed explanations as excuses.
1. If something was added to the game, it wasn’t added for no reason. If Nathan appeared, there was a certain bet placed on him back during the concept stage of the project.
2. Just because a character exists in the game doesn’t mean they will necessarily get a romance route. We originally added more potential story branches than we actually need. Which ones will be developed and which won’t depends on many factors. For example, because Nathan won, the guys from the basketball court are temporarily removed from the polls. There’s no point in starting a new branch before developing the previous ones.
3. Nathan’s branch is new — it’s only just beginning. With all the consequences that come with it.
4. This isn’t about the current update, just a general note. Please don’t ask in the comments whether there will be sex with this or that character. I don’t answer those questions. There are news posts and art releases. Everything I’m willing to spoil, I spoil. If it’s not there — it stays secret until release.
5. There’s one more nuance regarding the order in which events are introduced. I’ve seen comments that not everyone likes it. But we do it this way not because we want to, but because it’s simply impossible otherwise. You can either accept it or not accept it. I won’t keep repeating why it has to be this way — read the early design docs, everything is explained in detail there. You stay with us if you’re enjoying it, and you leave if you’re not. It’s your choice. We’re just setting the mood.

1. Если что-то было добавлено в игру, оно добавлено не просто так. Если появился Натан, на него делалась определённая ставка ещё на стадии концепта проекта.
2. Если в игре есть персонаж, это не означает, что с ним обязательно будет романтическая линия. Потенциальных сюжетных веток изначально добавлено больше, чем нужно. Какие из них будут развиваться, а какие — нет, зависит от множества факторов. Например, в связи с победой Натана из голосований временно убираются парни с баскетбольной площадки. Не стоит браться за новую ветку, не развив предыдущие.
3. Ветка Натана — новая, только начинается. Со всеми вытекающими последствиями.
4. Не по обновлению, а просто по текущим моментам. Не стоит в комментариях спрашивать, будет ли секс с тем или иным персонажем. На такие вопросы я не отвечаю. Есть новости, есть публикации артов. Всё, что я готов спойлерить — я спойлерю. Если этого нет — значит, до релиза это остаётся в секрете.
5. Есть ещё один нюанс относительно порядка ввода событий. Видел комментарии, что не всем это нравится. Но это делается не потому, что нам так хочется, а потому что иначе невозможно. Можно либо смириться с этим, либо не смириться. Повторять бесконечно, почему именно так, я не буду — читайте ранние диздоки, там всё подробно расписано.
