This is the second chapter of the series that was supposed to be released last month.
Our scientist has discovered that the Gem has granted her youth but transported her to another dimension and shattered into shards. She decides that if she wants to get home she has to collect them all. She starts with a crater near a failing plastic surgery practice where women are growing natural full breasts. The shard she finds affects her as well before locking in to place with the other shard she had from episode one. Maybe she can get home after she collects them all.
