Hello! this is a commission for a friend, one of my latest super detailed HD drawings hehe, those take some time to load and work on photoshop, it can get quite messy to handle with such large drawings, but theire worth it! also, i think i never drawn Oleana before, shes kind of an underrated pokemon baddie :P
