new Mami pngtuber [PSD]

i've been dabbling again with pngtubers and decided to update my own! maybe i'll turn this into a vgen service, but no promises. for now i don't really have a tool for cropping backgrounds that works with every hue, which limits what color palettes i can draw for this. let me know if you guys have some suggestions! anyway here's a psd file for the art + animation
