Let's talk about the new Update [PLC 0.1.4.X]

Sup everyone, me again here

Let's cut to important stuff. Update postponed.

I'm doing it for several reasons... i talked with our QA and we decided that - this update need more time in the cooking... like, so much new stuff was added, that if i would to list them all here, it would be a very long page haha

So i'll pass down the main stuff that was updated/added then we talk more about it.

Big Changes

The entire pizzalab was redone, to be more compatible with chapter 2 and 3.

All zones remade, design wise and lore wise, some areas where moved, some are now separated from it's original location.

80% of the Dialog in chapter 1 was changed to fit more with the game lore (they were made not only by writing but acting in real life)

Several corrections to the lore that will implicate in future advancements in the lore (no spoilers, but now the lore is more concise and accurate to a final objective)

Restrooms (yes)

As the locations were changed, the lore was changed, so the characters roles, Quilly in special is getting a new role and lore.

Skyla too is getting a lore overhaul and is now much more important

Now the cherry on the cake... yeah, as alot of you are creating theories about the "Forgotten's" , we now got two new characters! Maxo and Beach, the twins. (Yes. They are male. I know what you thinking and is yes for that question too.)

Sayaka was added to the game too, as well the intro of the labs.

A secret character was added too that everybody more or less know. (new secondary boss fight).

New art created by our new artist! (insane art of Bonbon and Fei Li

With that too, Fei li lore was changed drastically. Now she was incorporated to the complex. (and got it's own zone)

New weapons, alot of them, like, alot...

More NSFW scenes!

New enemies! And as well, type of enemies!

Objectives! You can explore the complex as you please, but now you always know what is the main objective! (it changes depending on your choices)

And alot, alot more! (related to puzzles, gas mask, electrified water... hidden rooms, shortcuts... crafting, side missions... string was changed... so much stuff).

And with that out of the way, let's handle the elephant on the room...

Why it was postponed?

So the main issue is... me.

I got so much new knowledge with courses and youtube, and trying out new stuff that... chapter 2 is alot different from chapter 1 and chapter 3 even more because of that.

The main objective was - finish them and just roll to the labs (for new ppl, labs is the most important part of the lore, and where things start to escalate, where you'll meet the most important ppl and change the course of the endings), BUT with the last updates, the inventory, weapons, enemies, changed everything in how the game plays out, and there was a boom in popularity with the game too.

So with the testing of the chapter 1 redone, all the new locations and expanded locations, all the new assets, characters, we come to chapter 2, and... it is a mess.

Chapter 2 right now needs fixing, and FAST, because right now? it does more damage than helps in the image of the game, that what we were thinking, until we tried chapter 3, and it is good ngl... but the lore is broken beyond repair.

So, i gotta fix and change everything!

In a normal update i would just put out this as a hotfix, but as is a major update (0.1.4.0) and everyone loves to start the game from scratch (jk), it is better to give out a new "Standard Version" for everyone, a version that is stable, a version that is complete in what it is, to everyone play it from the start to the labs, and after, be able to do more without needing new updates.

I think it's the best for now, as our QA and Artists.

But yeah! Thanks for you all for the support! I hope you guys understand that, i wish i could post a update every month, but for this single update, it will sadly take longer.
