DESCRIPTION
Rex is fed up with everyone praising Mark for being the perfect superhero, so he wants to make him pay in the training arena where the powers can be deactivated. Fighting on equal terms will make it clear that it is only thanks to his dynasty that Mark can be strong... and that he could dominate him and kick his ass any time he wanted if it weren't for those powerups.
