Vanilla + Wheel Pack Update/Patch

Hi everyone,
This update includes a few important fixes and improvements for compatibility with the latest game version. It'll be available on the in-game Repository once approved by moderators, but you all get early access to these types of mods just for being here, so enjoy!
Fixes
Fixed the silver texture for the Faser Riptide wheel.
Corrected the 19x9 Front Silver Civetta Stradale wheel, which had the wrong offset relative to the tire.
Additions
Added silver variants of the Hirochi TR89 wheels.
Tagging Update
Replaced the old asterisk * designation with the new, clearer [V+WP] tag to make my wheels easier to identify in the parts selector.
