Hey everyone. I wish you all a happy belated Passover/Early Good Friday LOL.
First, I HAVE been able to update the Effect chapter with another large scene at the end. I’ve sent it off to Hiryo and will be reposting it here when I get it back from him. I also received DA back from the editors. When I repost them – he looked at both 16 and 15 – is up in the air, as I will lose most of tomorrow to RL stuff, and might lose Saturday as well. We will see.
Anyway, here is the Ranma poll for April.
Journey Gone Astray – Ranma/DC crossover: The quartet of young super-powered friends lend their efforts to the cleanup, which, thanks to Zatanna, the Flash and Prior Planning isn’t nearly as horrific as it could have been, although it is still horrible enough for Ranma, who quickly understand that with great power comes great responsibility, and he wasn’t very responsible this time. Kori becomes a hit with the locals now that she’s able to speak the local language, while Ranma’s willingness to stay around and help draws just as much approval, along with Kara and Cassie. Unfortunately for Mister Paranoid, this means that local news agencies are quick to start interviewing the trio, who have no training in answering their questions about the battle, and, in the case of Kori, no filter, although her particular powers do come in handy in keeping them from falling for a certain type of question. This is all seen by Batman and several government officials, many of whom scramble, and a certain business mogul whose anger knows no bounds while all make plans, with only Batman able to enact his quickly that night, which does not go as planned.
Stallion of the Line – Ranma/One Piece Crossover: Two princesses go for a walk/swim, drawing stares and attacks alike, none of which bother either. Sanji, unaware he is truly missing out on something amazing, meets a leggy lady with a penchant for odd drinks, and accidentally stops the first attempt of the World government agents from making trouble. Unfortunately, on the first, as other attempts occur without a hitch, resulting in Franky being faced with a very bad day. Meanwhile, Luffy and the princes are out on a hunt, somewhat sidelined by events. Further trouble in the form of an armed New Fishman Pirates run right into Jinbe, forcing them to use their trump cards, only to realize very quickly how little they understand of true strength. However, Robin finds herself under attack in her pursuit of knowledge, while Sanji is made to learn how much stronger he has to become in order to challenge the New World. Franky join forces with Jinbe’s crewmen to Fight the New Fishman Pirates who got past Jinbe and Big Mom Pirates alike, while Sanji is forced to fight both himself and Smoothie at the same time, until Luffy senses what is going on, arriving in a blast of lightning. Meanwhile, Robin finds herself being helped by an irate Vivi and a sniffling Shirahoshi as the confrontation threatens to escalate.
Now, the ending for this poll is up in the air until the Patron Only Poll finishes in three days. If Climbing or Heroes wins, I’ll start work on FILFy when I am done with whichever won. If Heroes wins I will start work on the winner of this poll after Heroes is off to the editor. So this poll can't have a set end date. Journey, will get the 1/4 carry over of 479.
