Upcoming filter update 8.9.2 contents: fracture, cluster jewel, influenced highlight overhaul

Hey guys, I've attached a picture containing detailed information about the upcoming overhauls.

I expect the patch to drop within the next 3 days. This depends a bit on the timing of GGG's next patch as it adds a few new items.
