DESCRIPTION
Blocks are one of the most frequently used tools in yoga studios.
Yoga blocks can be soft and light, cork or wooden depending on their elasticity.
The block I used today is a soft block made of EVA material.
Of the four EVA pink yoga blocks, two are very light and two are average light.
