DESCRIPTION
At the core of Knock's policies and procedures is a little-known subsection called the Mandatory Volunteering Policy, or MVP. This subsection applies to all current employees and can even extend to certain former employees, depending on their original workgroup. The MVP has been a massive success, especially for Knock's R&D Department, which is now overseen by CBLI staff. R&D focuses on all aspects of Knock's hybridization programs, including efforts to streamline the semen collection and artificial insemination processes. On occasion, a MVP will be surprised by their new assignment, but they tend to leave the room both spent and satisfied.
