So this was our first stream since Nov 2024. We had a lot of fun, and the picture SR7 did was awesome! Here is a slight summary of the topics covered, and our answers.Why BoB2?: Really it boils down to art transition, and getting it done and out of the way. Going from the high quality art of PE to SU is a challenge, and this will allow us to move over easier. Additionally the lay out and structure of BoB2 has been iterated a lot. So time to get it out, and put it behind us. What about smaller updates for SU content? We're very open to this, and find it's a good idea. Ren'py remake progress? Henshin is working on capturing, a bulk of the images have been converted already. There was a hard cut off where either SR7 or Henishin used a different resolution. So we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to convert all the images. However the work load is massive. Ever picture needs to replaced, scaled, and positioned, that goes for facial expressions as well. When will SU get an update? Were not making long road maps anymore that just lead to burnout later in the year. You will hear the direction when we decide it. We hear you all, and want to get back to SU as well. What went wrong with the PE update? SR7 wanted a choose your own adventure, that had powers, and experience. He sought out to make a custom system, kept iterating, and kept running into bottlenecks. In the end he wasted 1.5 months working on this which didn't get delivered. It's not time wasted for us, lots of learning happened, but we can't deliver learning to you. Lot's of other topics
