This arrived in my head in a vague semi-lucid horny half-asleep state, and I roughed out some thumbs today over about an hour. No idea who these characters are. I'm not even decided about whether the dick-haver will be a trans girl, more guyish, or a girl with some kind of magic dick curse/clitdick or something.
