Do you get notifications for BSP posts you don't have access to?

Hey folks, I am a patron of a few artists, and a free member of some more, and noticed I started getting notification emails for posts I didn't have access to, even though I had done my best to adjust my notification settings to only get notes about things I can access. I find these automatic "conversion" tactic emails really annoying, and I've tried to do my best on my end as a creator to turn off as much of patreon's automatic patron-bothering tech as I can find. Do you get emails about my paid posts trying to encourage you to sub? I am trying to work out if there's any more settings I need to disable.
