Animation Training New Recruits [Cissia]

Since one mousey officer is dissapeared, Cissia (totally not obligated) is now in charge of training the new cops. Aparently the first mission for them was capturing a high class criminal (totally not a mission for Cissia) but no one expect what would happend.
