I want to talk about something that happened earlier because honesty matters to me a lot.
When someone subscribes to the Mindless Subject tier, the Google Drive link is sent through email from Patreon, not through DMs. Many people assume it will arrive in a message here, so I usually ask them to check their email and spam folder. Almost every time they reply saying they found it there.
So far there has only been one case where someone genuinely did not receive the email, and when that happened I simply sent the link to them through DM and everything was solved.

I would never scam anyone. Ever.That goes against everything I believe in.
I personally handle most parts of my work, with help from one video editor, so sometimes I check messages a little later if I’m working, sleeping, or busy with production. In this case the timing did not line up and the person assumed the worst before I could respond and fix it, and they blocked me.
That part honestly hurt. Not because of the refund request, but because I value trust and honesty very deeply.
Still, I am trying not to let it get to me.
What matters more is all of you who support me and trust me. I truly appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for believing in me and for being here with me.
