Hi dear Berries! 👋😊 Today we want to share an exclusive sneak peek of the next Pre-Animation we’re currently working on, which corresponds to Shot 07 of Foxlo’s transformation into a Giant Blueberry! 🫐🎬 All the information is available below...
Following the path of the previous shots, we’ve now reached what we consider the most complex Pre-Animation we’ve created so far. 😮💨 Not only is Foxlo’s body in a very advanced state of inflation, but this is also the first and only shot in the entire transformation where Foxlo actually walks and takes a few steps backward! 🔵👣 Animating that level of volume, deformation and movement at the same time has been a serious technical challenge (a very hard job). 🧰🔨
This moment pays tribute to the iconic 2005 film scene, 🎞️ where Violet stands embarrassed and in shock as everyone around her slowly backs away, staring wide-eyed while her body continues to swell and fill with more and more blueberry juice. 😳💦 We wanted to honor that unforgettable moment—and even push it further in certain ways, adding our own intensifying the transformation experience. 🎥✨
🛠️ On the technical side: everything is being fully animated in Blender, as usual in our workflow. 🖥️ There’s still a significant amount of work left before it’s completely finished, but we wanted to show you this preview to let you know that we’re actively and intensely working on it. 💻 If we haven’t released the final version yet, it’s simply because the complexity of this animation requires more development time to get it right. ⬇️Video Link⬇️
