DESCRIPTION
This is the second version of the 286 filter. I feel a lot better about this release because I've learned a lot since V0.1 and got a lot of feedback from you all as well. I mainly added a ton of new necessity sliders, and fixed tone mapping issues. I also fixed the default pure config settings to remove things like sun blinding by default and added Pure PP's Spice to the default config. I really hope you all enjoy this fresh new version of my work.
