Just wanted to make sure you guys knew I was still alive and hard at work. It took me a while, but I finally finished re-reading all of Fabricator V2. I even spent some time rewriting portions of chapters that I repeated shit in, made mistakes in, or forgot stuff. It was a worthwhile effort.
I'll begin writing the new chapter tomorrow. I want to spend a little time thinking about the direction I wish to take the ensuing events with Kokabiel and everyone's enhanced strength.
Also, below here I am putting all the notes I took. It's practically a chapter all on its own, lol. However! I'm posting it so you guys can read through it (if you want) to remind yourselves where the story was and where it was going. Keep in mind, it's notes and not meant to be read as a story or anything.

He requires they wait to reincarnate him until he gets to know her peerage better

Infinite Arms of the Forge God covers Juni in armor made of reshaped swords that make him almost immune to energetic elemental attacks as well as provides a variety of premade swords with various effects ready for use
The shield of the balance breaker is better at dealing with more solid elemental attacks deflecting them and absorbing some of their magic
The swords from the wings can be launched, even in combination such as fire and wind. They also automatically reform when broken/exploded
The balance breaker has more than one configuration

Juni's question has Akeno questioning her own hatred of all Fallen
Juni proceeds to reveal his knowledge of Akeno's past, claiming Grigori sources.
He reveals the truth about the attack, the Himejima clan killing Shuri to make sure she couldn't inherit the Vermillion Bird
Akeno realizes hating all Fallen is wrong, but hating her dad is perfectly acceptable
Juni's words get through to Kiba as well. Kiba realizes hating Excalibur is stupid, but hating the man who ran the Holy Sword Project? Not so much.

Rias created a modified contract to give Juni even more freedom to help persuade him to join her
The new contract only requires him to perform duties that require the entire peerage to be present, otherwise he could do whatever he wanted

Drank the Essence of the Blank
The Blank unlocked all the power of the pawn piece putting Juni into a state of permanent promotion for ALL the pieces at the same time.
Installed the Seven Stars. One in each thigh, one in each arm just below the shoulder, one in each lung, the last in the heart
Bonded with the Boosted Gear
Lays the ground work for being able to copy clan traits by claiming they all run off of Demonic Power so it must be possible
Tell Rias he wont beat Riser for her, but would rather make her strong enough to beat Riser herself

Junichiro designs and uses a ritual to check himself over. He's disturbed by how easily he killed Dohnaseek, Freed, and the exorcists without remorse
He finds that due to being created by Lucifer to specifically be weapons against heaven, violence is literally a part of his genetic makeup now, though it can be overcome with willpower
The self actualization also slightly messed with his mind by letting him look at people as 'materials' and 'things' for his Artificing
He will work with Ddraig's help to keep him from thinking like that and restore his mind to normal, Ddraig will warn if he's slipping
Juni has completed Odin's order, an X-ray monocle capable of piercing through the magical protections of the Valkyries, all in exchange for some Uru metal
Asia shows up, Azazel requests Junichiro take care of her for the time being
Junichiro has seeded the city with small enchanted objects that could keep track of people
Valarie has been feeding on Junichiro's blood enough to be close to Ultimate Class
Riser shows up and the rating game against him is planned. It is a ruse instigated by Rias and Junichiro by using him 'recently' awakening his Balance Breaker and Rias bragging about it.
They reveal some information to Grayfia as a small test to see whose side she is on
The rating game begins, Junichiro's participation is to be minimal
Koneko uses a pair of gloves Junichiro made that tell Newtons 3rd Law of Motion to take a hike by taking ALL the energy of a punch and delivering it to the opponent
Kiba has focused his training on speed making him exceptionally fast, even for a Knight.
Akeno exchanged some spells with Yubelluna, but then switched to melee combat catching the bomb queen off guard
Rias punches Riser in the nose overcoming his regeneration then decides he really isn't worth it and goes with an alternative plan
Junichiro unleashes an attack known as "Armageddon" and explosion so strong it wiped out all the constructs in the Rating Game Arena
Chapter 38
Lord and Lady Phenex arrive to watch the match
Sirzechs mentally laments Rias's choice of reincarnating Junichiro and how foolish she is being 'just because he has his balance breaker'
All the watchers think Junichiro was left behind because he'd their 'trump card'
The reveal of Boosted Gear shocks everyone
Sirzechs misunderstands and believes Rias had been planning the Rating Game from years ago when she asked him for the Mutant Piece
The Armageddon attack used to beat Riser is the equivalent of a magical nuke
Junichiro and Rias are taken to meet the people who watched the Rating Game
Suddenly Junichiro is 'Lord Arai Junichiro'
They try to question Rias about the Rating Game, but she refuses to answer
When Lord Phenex tries to blame Junichiro, Juni verbally puts him in his place by pointing out he was just following orders and what it would mean if he were to disobey his King and the consequences it would have if others followed his example
Just to mess with the Phenex, Junichiro askes Rias out on a date right in from of them
After the Phenex leave, Venelana tries to get Rias to spill her secrets, Rias refuses and even refers to Zeoticus as 'Lord Gremory' and points out how he cannot be trusted since he was so willing to go against his own word to let her finish school before the wedding to Riser
Rias and Junichiro share their first kiss after teleporting back to the ORC room
After returning home, he asks Valarie on a date as well
Junichiro takes Rias to Akihabara for their first date using his custom made flying super car that can go over mach 4 in the air
