[Work in Progress] Lunar Eclipse Diaper Mod

[16/06/2026] Updated the mod for the 0.50.0 version of the game and added the new swimsuits.

[11/06/2026] 0.50.0 Update from today broke the modded classic pantyhose and possible some other items. Most of them are working fine. I'll update the mod to fix it and also add the new outfits soon.

[25/01/2026] Updated mod files to make them compatible with last game update.

[09/11/2025] Added pacifier (modular files).

[06/11/2025] Added variation with ABU Little kings as diaper replacement for casual panties.

[02/11/2025] Finished fixing outfits to make them work with the new update and added the new outfits to the mix (pantyhose, fox swimsuit, bikini) :)

[30/10/2025] The game was updated yesterday. Most outfits are currently broken, and I'm in the process of fixing everything as I go (yes, the update also broke the save files TT). Body enhancements no longer work. From now on, please use LE_DP_Mod_P_V2 only. I'll leave the old files available for compatibility purposes, or for those who want to roll back the game. Outfits tested in the new version : towel, Neo Survivor set (these are all obtained early on).

Lunar Eclipse has some Resident Evil vibes and a great atmosphere. Let’s add diapers to the mix!

This mod adds diapered variants to several outfits you can find or craft throughout the game. More content is on the way, so I’ll be working to keep the mod up-to-date and compatible with future releases.

To make the mod work, simply extract the uncompressed files into the game’s Paks directory. Do not rename the files, or they won’t be loaded properly.

Note:

This mod also works with the demo version of the game (yay !)

The pacifier files are optional and can work alone as well
