And with 2026 comes the first mod: Cyberpunk 2077 diaper mod \o/

You'll find 2x17 diapers (both normal and poofy), 4 diapered under clothes bottoms, 4 pacifiers and 5 Tshirts for both male and female player characters.

A friend gifted me the textures used to create the T-shirts ;)

Prerequisites: CyberEngineTweaks, Red4Ext, TweakXL, ArchiveXL.

Instructions to install the mod: place the .archive and .xl files in archive/pc/mod/, and the .yaml file in r6/tweaks/.

The poofy diapers will clip with clothes in normal poses and all diapers will clip in extreme poses.

Only the tshirts replace existing items in the game. The others are added by the mod.

The spawn codes you need to enter in the console to add the equipment to your inventory are in the .txt file included in this post. You must complete the first mission to be able to change your outfit.

Pacifiers have versions for fenec, fox, jaguar and wolf heads from Biosculpted Exotics Expanded (see codes in the text file to spawn them).

Note: If you installed the Christmas preview mod, I strongly recommend deleting the item from your inventory, saving your game, and then installing the new mod. The two mods are not meant to coexist.

The DP_mod_poses is optional and standalone. It replaces the following original photo mode poses (and works with the wet mod as well):

For npc no pants mod, use V2 by default. It has been tested with default appearance with success. There could be issues with other appearances. If you encounter one where the diaper becomes all fuzzy and distorted, try the V1 and message me with the character name and diaper model (a screenshot or save could help).

Some custom diapers have been added to diapermod_a and EBBPRB version but not in the npc mod. This leads to some wrong references sometimes. If a diaper model does not work, try the poofy version (usually more stable).

Diaper dress contains its own spawncode text file in the archive.

The wet mod will follow as always :)
