[Work in progress] The Shadow of Tomb Raider diaper mod! Unexpected…

[21/02/2026] Added several outfits (including all of the custom boots ones) to the base diaper mod (01_SOTTR_tactical_adventurer_DP_legs_modular.zip) and renamed it to 01_SOTTR_NormalDisposableDiaper_Mod_modular for clarity (I hope). Added half a ton diaper variations to it (03_Diaper_Variations). To use them, unpack the first level archive and install the model you want and activate it in the mod manager. A friend generously provided a gift with his permission to post it: thanks DiaperedXtreme! This adds pacifiers and shirt variations for the tactical adventurer classic (see 03_DX_Pacifiers and 03_DX_Tactical_Adventurer_ABDL_Shirts).

After exploring every possible solution for the Dispatch mission, I concluded that it's impossible to modify it to achieve suitable results. The characters are pre-rendered in video sequences, which unfortunately prevents modding. I’ll be more cautious with future votes to avoid this issue.

With that said, I moved on to the next game in the voting list: Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

This is a well-made game and truly deserves a mod!

This initial version is modular and alters Lara’s base appearance within Tactical Adventurer. It should be visible in the early scenes of the game.

Later at campfire, a customization system is available, allowing you to select outfits. If the full outfit doesn't display correctly, try selecting individual pieces (legs and top) from Tactical Adventurer.

To install, please download and follow the instructions of the mod manager here: TR Reboot Mod Tools

Then, drag-and-drop the zip files of the desired mods into your mod manager. The order is important: most files are modular and should be installed in a specific sequence, which I’ve numbered for clarity. The ‘01’ and ‘02’ files are exclusive, but you can stack the ‘03’ files.

These mods work well with the Universal Holstered Gear Hider which removes many pieces of equipment around Lara's waist (preventing them to clip in the diaper).

Wet mod and additional outfits are planned for future updates.
