Let's explore the Lands Between (diapered)! This is Elden Ring's diaper mod :)

I began by replacing the base undergarments with a diaper. There are three distinct models to choose from: normal, poofy, and giga poofy, available for both male and female characters in multiple diaper brands.

Betterdry M10

ABU Litle Kings

LFB BB Usagi

The base version of the diaper can fit under certain armor pieces natively without clipping.

Mod installation:

IMPORTANT: Set the game to play offline in the settings. The game has an anti-cheat system.

Download the last release of ModEngine2

Extract the downloaded ModEngine file into your desired location.

Place the diaper files of your choice (base, poofy, giga poofy) in ModEngine's mod/Parts folder (Example: "..\ModEngine-2.1.0.0-win64\mod\Parts\"). You'll have to create the "Parts" folder manually.

There are two files for the diapers for now: lg_f_0000.partsbnd.dcx is the female version, lg_m_0000.partsbnd.dcx is the male version. They can be used simultaneously but only one version of each at the same time.

Launch the game with launchmod_eldenring.bat (file located in ModEngine's installation folder).

I recommend the use the Transmogrify mod to allow personnalisation of your look with any armor piece.
