[Work in progress] Elden Ring Messy Mod

[16/06/2026] Added messed version of Leather Boots.

This is it, Elden Ring's final addition: Messed Pants mod!

It works the same as the diaper and wet mods did and features the following items:

Base underwear (messed panties)

Confessor Boots (messed pants)

Errant Sorcerers Boots (messed shorts)

Finger Maiden (changed to messed leggins, female only)

Noble's Trousers (messed pants)

Installation:

The installation and functioning are the same as the diaper mod and I also recommend to use the Transmogrify mod to access the modded outfits from the start and also combine them regardless of the stats of your equipment.

Mod installation:

IMPORTANT: Set the game to play offline in the settings. The game has an anti-cheat system.

Download the last release of ModEngine2

Extract the downloaded ModEngine file into your desired location.

Extract and place the mod files (.dcx format) of your choice in ModEngine's mod/Parts folder (Example: "..\ModEngine-2.1.0.0-win64\mod\Parts\"). You'll have to create the "Parts" folder manually.

Launch the game with launchmod_eldenring.bat (file located in ModEngine's installation folder).

Remember to use Transmogrify mod if you want to apply those looks on the items of your choice.
