August 13th Shake n Cupcakes

Got major gainer brain that day, the entire day I just ate nonstop of Doritos and tacos 😅 so i was getting close to stuffed before i decided to end my night with half a gallon of gainer shake.

Small update- a close friend of mine has bought me some maltodextrin to add to my shakes! Fingers crossed it does as intended and blow be back up to 350! 😈
